Mya Darli Aung

Biography of the director

Mya Darli Aung was born in Myanmar in 1984 and holds a degree from Dagon University. She studied at YFS from 2008 to 2010 and worked on a large number of YFS productions in different capacities, notably providing the luminous camerawork for the short drama The Bamboo Grove and the documentaries Robe (dir. Shin Daewe), Far From Yangon (dir. Thida Swe) and the award-winning Mother at Arms (dir. Nu Nu Hlaing). Amyha – Share was her first work as a director.
