Wynn Htut (born in 1975) is a professional photographer turned filmmaker from Ayeyarwaddy Division whose first film, Life and Wish screened at Wathann Film Festival in 2013. Since joining Yangon Film School in 2014 he has worked on a number of films, notably as cinematographer on the Goethe-Institut Documentary Award winning Slate (dir. Khin Warso). He now divides his time between running his own photo studio in Yangon and filmmaking. His most recent works as both director and cinematographer were Father and Son and his second year YFS documentary project, Floating Life.
